Large single tooth build-up to correct a severe tooth hypoplasia on the left upper central incisor in an adult patient. The bucco-lingual technique using a silicone index and the «Natural Layering Technique» (only dentin & enamel masses) combined with some ice effect shade underneath the enamel surface, allowed to restore such large defect in a reliable and cost-effective manner.
