Great Scotland Yard Hotel, London

15 Hours CPD
GDC Outcomes: A, C, D

Morph & Layer is a two-day immersive experience designed to elevate your understanding of composite artistry.

Led by Dr Jurgita Sybaite, this hands-on program explores the fundamental relationship between tooth morphology and natural layering- the key to creating restorations that are as functional as they are beautiful.

This two-day experience is a one-of-a-kind journey into the art and science of composite mastery.

Hosted by Disruptive Smiles and led by the exceptionally skilled Dr Jurgita Sybaite, Morph & Layer takes delegates deep into the foundations of natural morphology and the optical behaviour of composite materials.

Across two immersive days, delegates will first uncover the subtleties of anterior anatomy — analysing the form and structure of centrals, laterals, and canines — before progressing to advanced layering techniques that bring restorations to life with true depth and vitality.

The course unites precision shaping with the simplicity of a two-layer protocol, helping clinicians understand how form, opacity, and translucency interact to create harmony and realism. With practical exercises from sculpting to final polish, Morph & Layer is designed to refine your eye, sharpen your hand, and transform the way you approach composite artistry.

day one: Morph

‘Mastering Tooth Shape and Form’

Shape defines everything. Day one is devoted entirely to morphology — the cornerstone of lifelike restorations.

You’ll begin with pre-course recorded modules on anterior anatomy and tooth form, followed by a practical, full-day session focused on sculpting precision.

By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:

Analyse natural morphology of centrals, laterals, and canines

Deconstruct and understand primary, secondary, and tertiary anatomy

Sculpt composite overbuilds to match case-specific shapes with accuracy

Building up central, lateral and canine using monoshade, dual-chroma and polychromatic techniques and finishing to achieve natural morphology

day TWO: Layer

‘Mastering Natural Vitality’

Building on the foundation of morphology, Day two focuses on replicating natural optics and vitality using a clean, efficient two-layer technique.

During this day, you will:

Understand the science behind natural layering and optical effects

Learn when and how to incorporate tints and effects with subtle precision

Adapt layering strategies to suit each clinical case

Execute controlled two-layer build-ups with confidence

Manage thickness and transitions without compromising tooth form

Apply a structured finishing and polishing protocol to enhance morphology work

Reviews

I’ve been using Inspiro for years and honestly, nothing matches it for natural-looking results. The translucency is spot on, and the effect shades make it so easy to recreate depth and detail. It handles really nicely and gives a super clean finish every time.

Dr Shameek Popat BDS(Lond.), MSc, MFGDP(UK), FICD Tooth Angel CEO

Love how Inspiro is the perfect balance between translucency and strength. This system employs the Natural Layering Concept and allows restoration of both the anterior and posterior dentition with ease, lovely aesthetics and strength.

Dr Andrew Chandrapal BDS FCGDent DPDS(Bris) MClinDent (Prosthodontics) Director, IndigoDent Education  Past-President, British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry  Practice limited to Prosthodontics, Dawood and Tanner Practice Principal, Bourne End Dental

Inspiro has been my go-to material for the last 8 years, used in 90% of my cases—anterior, posterior, and full-mouth rehabilitations, both functional and aesthetic. Its ability to replicate natural tooth structure is exceptional, and it simplifies the layering process without compromising on quality. Even after 5–7 years, restorations continue to look and perform beautifully with minimal maintenance. Inspiro combines beauty, longevity, and ease of use like no other composite.

Jurgita Sybaite, BDS MSc Restorative Dentistry Lecturer, UCL Eastman Dental Institute Private Specialist Practice

Inspiro offers excellent handling, natural translucency, and a high-gloss finish with minimal polishing. Its non-sticky, sculptable consistency makes it ideal for anterior and posterior restorations alike, combining ease of use with long-term durability and impressive aesthetic results.

Dr Nishan Dixit BDS LDS RCS Principal Dentist at Blue Court Dental Past President of British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry

The LM-Arte instruments bring precision, control, and elegance to every composite restoration that I do. The non-stick tips, ergonomic comfort, and their specific design enable me to sculpt beautifully and work effortlessly. This is why they are my favourite composite instruments.

Dr Sonal Patel BDS(Manc.)

“Totally Worth It!” Having attended numerous composite courses, I can confidently say that the Mastering the Natural Tooth course by Disruptive Smiles was truly worth it. Jurgita went above and beyond to make the learning process clear, practical, and achievable. The course was filled with valuable insights and practical takeaways that can be easily applied in daily practice to achieve excellent and predictable outcomes in all types of tooth-building procedures.

Dr Shilpa Murthy BDS, PG cert Diploma Orthodontics Principal Dentist Hamstreet Dental Clinic

This course is for everyone: from the novice composite builder to the experienced. There were dentists of all ages and abilities. The course was held at an amazing location. We were fed and watered well to ensure our brain cells weren’t flagging. Jurgita who led the course was so incredibly down to earth and had the patience of a saint guiding us through the step by step build up of a tooth. Tools were all provided. Andrew Chandrapal was there to impart some of his wisdom and we also had the pleasure of the company of a couple of tooth angels in the form of Shameek Popat and Nishan Dixit. Don’t even procrastinate if you should do this course, just do it. There was a lot to gain from the awesome foursome that were there running the day.
