Join Dr Andrew Chandrapal for an intensive one-day hands-on course focused on solving some of the most challenging posterior restorative cases seen in everyday clinical practice.
Sculpt & Layer has been designed to provide clinicians with practical, predictable workflows for managing complex posterior composite restorations with confidence. Through a combination of evidence-based theory and guided hands-on exercises, delegates will explore modern approaches to deep marginal elevation, accessory cusp restorations, and direct composite onlays.
This immersive course focuses not only on technique, but also on material selection, handling in high-load environments, and the adjunctive tools that elevate clinical outcomes.
Each workflow is designed to be directly transferable into general practice, helping clinicians improve longevity, efficiency, and restorative aesthetics. This course covers:
Explore current evidence, long-term data, and predictable methodologies for managing deep margins conservatively and effectively.
Understand the criteria for accessory cusp failure and learn how to assess restorability before preparation begins.
Discover indications, workflows, and longevity considerations for direct cuspal coverage restorations in high-function environments.

Reviews
I’ve been using Inspiro for years and honestly, nothing matches it for natural-looking results. The translucency is spot on, and the effect shades make it so easy to recreate depth and detail. It handles really nicely and gives a super clean finish every time.
Love how Inspiro is the perfect balance between translucency and strength. This system employs the Natural Layering Concept and allows restoration of both the anterior and posterior dentition with ease, lovely aesthetics and strength.
Inspiro has been my go-to material for the last 8 years, used in 90% of my cases—anterior, posterior, and full-mouth rehabilitations, both functional and aesthetic. Its ability to replicate natural tooth structure is exceptional, and it simplifies the layering process without compromising on quality. Even after 5–7 years, restorations continue to look and perform beautifully with minimal maintenance. Inspiro combines beauty, longevity, and ease of use like no other composite.
Inspiro offers excellent handling, natural translucency, and a high-gloss finish with minimal polishing. Its non-sticky, sculptable consistency makes it ideal for anterior and posterior restorations alike, combining ease of use with long-term durability and impressive aesthetic results.
The LM-Arte instruments bring precision, control, and elegance to every composite restoration that I do. The non-stick tips, ergonomic comfort, and their specific design enable me to sculpt beautifully and work effortlessly. This is why they are my favourite composite instruments.
“Totally Worth It!” Having attended numerous composite courses, I can confidently say that the Mastering the Natural Tooth course by Disruptive Smiles was truly worth it. Jurgita went above and beyond to make the learning process clear, practical, and achievable. The course was filled with valuable insights and practical takeaways that can be easily applied in daily practice to achieve excellent and predictable outcomes in all types of tooth-building procedures.
This course is for everyone: from the novice composite builder to the experienced. There were dentists of all ages and abilities. The course was held at an amazing location. We were fed and watered well to ensure our brain cells weren’t flagging. Jurgita who led the course was so incredibly down to earth and had the patience of a saint guiding us through the step by step build up of a tooth. Tools were all provided. Andrew Chandrapal was there to impart some of his wisdom and we also had the pleasure of the company of a couple of tooth angels in the form of Shameek Popat and Nishan Dixit. Don’t even procrastinate if you should do this course, just do it. There was a lot to gain from the awesome foursome that were there running the day.
