Functional rehabilitation in a young adult patient showing moderate tooth wear. A direct technique (following a full mouth wax-up) was selected to restore the missing tissues, optimize occlusion and protect intact, residual tooth structure. The advantages of such a treatment approach are obvious in terms of tissue conservation and efficiency.
